1. Overview At Cashtha, we strive to ensure satisfaction with every purchase. However, due to the nature of our services, we maintain a no-refund policy for our subscription services.

2. Subscription Services

Cashtha Prime and Cashtha Plus: Once a user subscribes to Cashtha Prime or Cashtha Plus, no refunds will be provided for any subscription fees already paid.

Renewals: Subscriptions are automatically renewed according to the plan’s billing cycle. It is the responsibility of the user to cancel the subscription if they do not wish to renew.

3. Products and Services

Non-Subscription Purchases: For all other products and services purchased through Cashtha, the individual merchant’s refund policy will apply.

Cashtha Market: Products purchased through Cashtha Market are subject to the specific return and refund policies provided at the time of purchase.

4. Cancellation

Subscription Cancellation: Users may cancel their subscription at any time. The cancellation will take effect at the end of the current billing cycle, and the account will not be charged moving forward.

Service Cancellation: If Cashtha cancels a service for which a user has an active subscription, the user may be eligible for a pro-rated refund.

Erroneous Charges: In the case of an erroneous charge or billing error, users may contact Cashtha customer service for a potential refund.
